PS: I really think you need to use a nonstick pan or wok, or maybe a well-seasoned iron skillet. I didn't and had a lot of sticking, so maybe didn't cook it as long as necessary.

Very yummy. Very satisfying. Had never tried Kimchi so decided this was a good way to try it. I added cooked shrimp, and think a person could add beef, pork, or chicken, but, depending on the meat, maybe add it when cooking the onions and garlic. I also scrambled the egg into the rice mixture, but will try the fried egg method next time. I us"
