About Me
I am a 48 year old Father of 2 boys. I've been cooking since I was 5 years old. My Italian Mother was in the kitchen quite often cooking wonderfull Italian dishes. My Irish Father enjoyed Korean and other Asian quisine along with pickled eggs and other special treats. I like spicy dishes. I love to cook, can, bake, pickle, make jerky and awhole lot more.
