Reviewed Mexican Chicken Soup

"This was my second go-round stirring up this wonderfully flavored soup, and here are some suggestions I'll pass along. If you don't have a self-simmered, robustly flavored chicken stock (I used a lower sodium watery chicken broth because that's what my friends had on hand) I would suggest bumping up the flavors like I did. I added additional amounts of the cumin & coriander and also spooned in a tablespoon(s) of chili powder to taste. Lastly, I thickened up the soup a bit with additions of masa flower over the tortilla strips...Yummy!
