I work in Activities Planning for people visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. On my days off I would rather be in the kitchen than anywhere else in the world. I live in a small town and I guess my biggest pet-peeve is that my local grocery store does not have everything I need all the time and that bugs me.
There is NOTHING I won't try and only a few things I don't like. I never blame the food!!! Only the preperation. I feel as tho one day it may be prepaired in a way I would like it. If that makes any sense.
