This was absolutely delicious. The mustard sauce by itself is stellar, and I will use it again and again with other fish dishes. I only used 2 tsp of olive oil and did not use any to rub the skin. Fantastic recipe."

I had never fried anything in my entire life, I hate the smell of grease, but I just had to try these... and they were delicious. Now I've got three fans going trying to get rid of the smell, but it was totally worth it. Awesome fries!"
