“This was really good. I had to change a few things due to ingredients on hand....I substituted the citrus for pomegranate seeds and some of the juice from the pomegranate and added some pine nuts. I didn't feel like making any bacon so excluded that.
I served with fresh grilled tuna inside corn tortillas topped with the kale slaw....”
