"I am always on a search for a more excellent meatball recipe and this one goes to the front of the line. My only tweaking was extra garlic, about 1/2 tsp of crushed red (not sure what Anne considers to be a pinch, and I used homemade panko breadcrumbs. The sauce was a bit bland, so I added some heat (extra crushed red and about 1 tsp sriracha. ""
