Reviewed Baked Blintzes with Fresh Blueberry Sauce

This made a hit with my family. I used a gluten-free rice flour mix and Splenda and it came out just fine. I made 2/3 of the blintz recipe in a 9"x9" pan. The only thing I would change is the amount of blueberry sauce. I made the full recipe of sauce and it still was a bit skimpy.""
