Reviewed Stewed Black-Eyed Peas with Country Ham

"Delicious!!!! I only had access to one grocery store and it was by foot, they were out of regular beans so I had to buy cans, and they had no country ham so I used the other half of the bacon that I used for my NYE cabbage. STILL DELICIOUS, even with me F#$*&ing up the recipe!

"I love this recipe. People always ask for the recipe. Once my stepdad ate one of my specifically saved old bananas and I thought about making banana pumpkin bread, had no pumpkin and used pineapple instead. Still fantastic - still got asked for the recipe!

"People love it every time I make it. I had a girl say she would never eat any other kind of mac and cheese again. THIS IS NOT A CREAMY MAC AND CHEESE RECIPE. It is a delicious baked Mac and cheese. I normally use about one and a half cups of Cheddar and one and a half cups of Velveeta. I also like to use fun pasta shapes - like Radiatore or Trumpet. A Recipe
