"YUM!! Definitely better tasting and better consistency the next day, so make it ahead of time. Tequilla is the main flavor and I used Suaza gold. I didn't know what "Mexican cheese" was so I just used the "4 Mexican cheese" mix sold at the store, already grated. THIS IS DELICIOUS!
