They taste fine, but, even though I coated them with melted butter before adding the rest, the sugar, rosemary, and cayenne didn't seem to stick well to the nuts. Maybe they'd work better if I melted the sugar first?

Pretty tasty, with a couple of tweaks. I didn't add the water, but I threw in 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg. They were very good with ham tonight, and I think the leftovers will be equally tasty with waffles tomorrow morning.
