I have made this recipe twice now. The first time I used the bundt pan and second time I used two 8.5 by 4.5 loaf pans. Add about 1 cup more blueberries if using the loaf pans. Added the tomato mixture to the spinach and zucchini and then added it all to a half pound of cooked capellini pasta. I"

This dish is easy to make and absolutely delicious. I used a can of Hunt's Diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano. Finish the recipe and serve in a pasta bowl and drizzle with your best EVOO, fresh ground pepper and sprinkle a little fontina cheese on top. Enjoy!""
