Rich and delicious. I thought the sauce was too simple in the begining. Allowing it to simmer depened the flavor. Then tasting everything together, the pasta al dente, with the sauce, and the fresh grated cheese was grrrreat. The meatballs were wonderfully tasty, and again, few ingredients. Loved this recipe. "
