"Well... Fantastic!!! Sooo tasty!!! Awesome!!! Used a pressure cooker instead of a ovenproof stock pot for the short ribs, other than that I've followed the recipe. I became Giada's fan because of this recipe!

"Delicioso!!!! I tried one week ago and my family loved it! Couldn't find Cajeta or "Dulce de Leche", used Caramel instead. Planning to make it again soon for relatives coming to visit from Brazil, pretty sure it will be a success!!!

"Really tasty! Found myself without options on a Saturday night. I had only gorgonzola in the fridge. Instead of Spinach Fettuccini I used regular Linguine and instead of Spinach I used Arugula... considering I always have Herbs at home, no problems with the Sage... wow... Dinner was fantastic, simply delicious!!!
