Easy and delicious. Everyone had seconds and it was all gone! Served with white rice, which was perfect. My husband doesn't like too much heat, so only used 1/2 teaspoon of pepper flakes. It left the perfect amount of hottness in your mouth. Yum!!!"

Reviewed Salmon with Puff Pastry and Pesto

Delicious flavors to go with Salmon. We eat it a LOT and this is a keeper. I used store bought pesto which worked well and I salted and peppered the salmon, because I felt I had to. I am glad I did, too, because it was delicious! NExt time I will heat the tomatoes in the microwave a bit before putting it together. "

Everyone loved it! I doubled it for a 10 person dinner party and it was all gone. I did the tips from other reviews: added some extra veggies, lowered the Creole spices qty by some (my husband doesn't like it too spiceyadded a little extra worsheshire. Great Mardi Gras dish w. the Pecan Bourbon Cake for dessert.""
