I made this tonight and it came out perfect. The crust was incredible. I took the extra time to freeze the flour and sugar before processing keeping all of the crust ingredients cold and baked it at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. I also lined the half-sheet pan with foil and then with parchment paper. The foil really helped with the clean up. I "

Use ALL of the recommended quality ingredients and these will be perfect. I needed a good cocktail meatball. I doubled the recipe and it made 110 small meatballs. They were fantastic. I would not change a thing in the recipe. The ONLY thing I did differently was to refrigerate the meatballs about an hour before cooking them. ""

The only thing I did differently was toast the walnuts in the oven on a half-sheet pan for 5 min @ 350 degrees. Use the recommended quality ingredients and follow the directions and these will be perfect. They are even better the next day. ""

Delicious. For those who think it is too salty, perhaps you are using regular table salt. Try with Kosher salt instead. There really is a big difference in taste."

Reviewed Couscous with Pine Nuts

Make the recipe to the letter and you will have a hit on your hands. I make this a lot for parties...perfect, especially since it can be served at room temperature. People that I have had over for dinner who said they do not like couscous have asked for the recipe. The currants are perfect in this.
