"Great tasting Sweet Potato recipe. Just needed some tweaking to accomplish the desired result.
First of all the syrup was too watery, so needed to heat in sauce pan again to get correct consistency. Secondly, the potatoes where still not completely cooked, so had to cook another 1/2 hour at 350. I still will definitely make this dish again. St"

Reviewed Lots O'Meat Lasagna

"Great Lasagna! Easy to prepare and even easier to eat. Only I did change the cheese used in recipe< instead of small curd cottage cheese, I opted to keep it authentic with Ricotta cheese and pasta noodles that need boiling first. Made this dish for Mom's birthday dinner and she gave it a dumbs up. I did burn the garlic bread though :(."
