Thank YOU stashanatasha . . . . !!! I tried this recipe (Love, love, love Ree!!) and added red wine & worcestershire like you suggested. YUMMY!!!! I took it up a notch too . . . try adding sliced mushrooms to your wine/worcestershire reduction. Oh my gosh! We've got something' going!

It's so great when you find a recipe SO easy - everything's in stock in my refrigerator. I'm making it again tonight, but not on the grill, on my Le Creuset skillet grill pan. Hubby's not home to BBQ, but I'll make brown rice, plop those kabobs on my skillet and there ya go kiddos! Sure winner. Thanks Paula!"

Just made these for my family. I read through a lot of the comments, everyone seemed to like the recipe as-is. The only thing that bothered me about this recipe was the BBQ sauce. We added stuffing to the cavity - that's just how we've always done it and we've never come up sick. Well, should have listened to the master . . . the dark meat wasn't done when the temp timer went off for the breast. Had to take out the stuffing and put the bird back in with the temp gauge in the dark meat....
