"A new "hand me down" recipe for future generatioons! My daughter has been making this turkey for her friends for the past several years. Normally she puts it on a rotissarie on the grill, but this year the weather would not allow for this so she put it in the oven. For a 15 pound turkey there was only one leg and a few scraps left over for mom and dad to eat. Absolutely wonderful. This is a keeper!!!
