Reviewed Spicy Black-Eyed Peas

I had to use salsa-style diced tomatoes which contain onions, jalapenos and green chiles. This made the peas quite spicy (in addition to the chili powder) which I loved. Would definitely make this again and I'll be trying this recipe with black beans or pintos as well. Plus, this was a fun way to eat black eyed peas on New Year's.

Good, solid blueberry muffin recipe. I can't say they are the best blueberry muffins I've ever eaten, but they are moist, light and certainly fit the bill when you need to make a batch.

Good but not great. I've had store bought rugelach which I liked better. Kind of a lot of effort for the end result. Update: these were much better the next day. Very good.

Delicious! I followed the recipe with no changes and it turned out great. The texture is definitely souffle-like which I love. My husband and 3 and 4 year old daughters (who barely like anything) loved it. I will definitely make it again as it was nice to have a recipe to use up the leftover canned pumpkin after making Thanksgiving pies.
