I cheated and used rotisserie chicken and organic broth. It cut the prep down to 30 min. I used a tad more salt and pepper too. I only had heavy cream on hand but thinned it with a touch of milk. This is a delicious recipe and a very elegant presentation. It looks far more difficult than it is. This is a dish that scored hugely at Thanksgiving with a notoriously picky group. Along with crackers or bread I serve apple wedges and grapes. Wonderful! Thank you, Miss Paula!

Delicious! I add red pepper flakes just to add a little bit of heat, (you don't want to go overboard). I LOVE the fact that the leftovers are thick and more traditional spaghetti & meatballs.
