Reviewed wingless buffalo chicken pizza

1 day ago on FoodNetwork.com

I had 2 Boboli thin crusts from a previous recipe that I didn't end up making, so I searched for recipes with good sounding toppings to try and use up the crusts This was uber FAB! I followed all instructions after that, completely, except for subbing Feta for the blue cheese crumbles. Chicken and sauce was delicious!

Reviewed ground chicken tacos with creamy salsa

3 days ago on FoodNetwork.com

I have made the tacos and creamy salsa numerous times and everyone that tastes them loves them as much as I do!

Reviewed chicken and bacon corn chowder

Aug 16, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This turned out even better than I imagined! I cut the recipe in half, therefore, only poached 2 chicken breasts. I also subbed frozen corn/thawed for ears of corn. I followed the rest of the recipe exact, except for cutting all ingredients in half. It still made a nice size pot that easily serves 4 people. So amazingly delicious!

Reviewed pork meatballs

Jul 31, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Very good! I made the meatballs and the marinara sauce. I used a can of crushed tomatoes for the sauce instead of whole, and then omitted the water all together. Otherwise I followed the recipe word for word. I served meatballs over Giada's cheesy polenta. Yum!

Reviewed skillet orzo with tuna

Jul 31, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I thought this was very good and very quick and easy to make. I used a can of tomatoes with chipotle which gave the dish a nice little kick. I think next time I would also add a little bit of chili flake and some capers or olives.

Reviewed chicken parmigiana

Jul 23, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This was fantastic! I did take the advice of the previous reviewer and only used 1 cup of flower and 2 eggs, and that was plenty. I also wish that I cut the recipe in half for the tomato sauce because it made a huge pot and I used maybe a cups worth. The sauce is delicious though. All in all, this is a simple, easy to follow recipe with super...

Reviewed chicken shawarma with tomato cucumber relish and tahini sauce

Jul 18, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Reviewed crispy chicken schnitzel with garlic-onion gravy

May 8, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

AMAZING!! With this chicken schnitzel and onion gravy being the star of my dish, it was probably one of the best dinners I have ever made! I paired it with Guy's recipe for Acme Buttered noodles and Giada's broiled zucchini and potatoes with a parmesan crust. Such a delish combo! It was filling but not overly heavy. The only change I made was...

Reviewed cheesy pork enchiladas

Reviewed slow cooked cuban sandwich

Apr 4, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

These sandwiches are incredible! The pork turned out so flavorful, perfect! I followed the entire recipe to a T until the very end. I bought bakery style sub rolls, and after assembling the sandwiches, I grilled them on my George Foreman grill. I love how the grill acts like a pannini press, it flattens the sandwich and gives the bread a nice...

Reviewed moist and easy cornbread

Mar 31, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This cornbread is awesome! My hubby and son loved it too! I was never a fan of cornbread because usually it's too dry and/or too sweet. This is perfect for my taste. I'm making it again tonight to accompany my chili!

Mar 27, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

All of it was very good.

Reviewed caribbean rice and peas

Mar 21, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

The flavors are spot on, and absolutely delicious. However, just like a similar recipe I have made in the past, the rice was still pretty al dente after the 50 minutes. I ended up throwing it back on the stove to simmer for another 30 minutes, and then the rice was perfect. Without that problem, this would be a 5 star recipe. (I have an electric...

Reviewed shrimp and chorizo stew

Mar 21, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This was incredibly yummy! I loved the smoked paprika! The only changes I made was using a canned of diced tomato instead of the whole and chicken stock instead of the 2 cups of water. I also used red potatoes instead of the russet because I needed to use them up. My husband loved this dish also, so I will make it again soon!

Reviewed roasted red pepper sauce (with gnocchi)

Mar 19, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This was so quick and easy and tasted wonderful! However, saying that this serves 4 is a little bit of a stretch. My husband loved it so much and wanted seconds and leftovers for work the next day, so next time I will for sure double the entire recipe.

Reviewed mexican chorizo and turkey chili

Mar 5, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

The whole family loved this one! I didn't have any diced turkey laying around, so I browned a pound of ground turkey and removed it when it was cooked, and then cooked the chorizo and followed the recipe as written. I would also suggest to use only the 2 cups of stock, even that makes a looser chili, even after cooking down for an extra 30 min,...

Reviewed turkey pad thai

Mar 3, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This came out incredible! I poached a package of 3 chicken breasts, and after shredding, it came out to about 3 cups, so I doubled the sauce. I used a package of rice noodles instead of the linguine. Other than, that, followed everything else pretty much exactly. My whole family loved it too!

This stew was amazing! After just one bite, my husband told me that I should definatly make this again soon. The only changes I made was using fresh chorizo that I removed from their casings and broke it up as I cooked it, and I used a can of cannellini beans instead of garbanzo.
