Reviewed Porterhouse with Balsamic Steak Sauce

I just made this, in volume, for a spring banquet and received very good reviews. I served it warm, as that is my preference. I forgot to add the butter at the end and it was still excellent so had a few less calories/fats in it. I'm sure the butter would only make it better."
