Reviewed Pappardelle With Corn

Fabulous! As is or I have added chicken, spinach, zucchini...wonderful. Even had to substitute a can of corn once and just put the corn water into the water to boil the noodles...still great. I think the fresh pasta is the key. I found fresh pappardelle at Whole Foods and then used Buitoni fresh linquine and it was great too. Just a delicious"
