"This was a GREAT recipe! I did not have kitchen shears, I used regular ole shears that came with my knife block set. Nothing great, but they got the job done no problem. I did not have lime juice,(I used lemon), no white wine vin (used Cider), and no Mint. It worked just as good. I used Cornish Hens for this. They were on sale, and they were the size for one person and it worked. I will be making this again. I am going to do it with regular chicken breast (bone in) just adjust my cooking time.
