"I tried two other recipes found on other sites and they were too runny. THis one was perfect! I used a 10 inch pan and it made 8 crepes. I left the salt out completely as I was using salted butter. Filled with a cream cheese mixture and had bowls of assorted fruits and let my kids make their own. I topped the fruit with whipped cream, rolled the crepe and added a dollup of cream to the top, garnished with additional fruit. Drizzled with chocolate syrup...my kids LOVED them! We will make these againg for family night!!!"
