WOW!!! what a great recipe and so delicious!! it actually tastes better as the days go by and all the seasonings marinate. i loved this recipe, i bought the larger size shrimp, and i am glad i used this size..i thought roasting the shrimp in the oven gave an excellent flavor and texture. i made a note that this recipe yields a very large amount.."
