Reviewed Sweet and Sour Chicken with Brown Rice
"I thought this was terrible! I have been a food network fan for years now and I can honestly say I have NEVER written on here that something was terrible. But to me this was. I am an avid cook and love to try new recipes. This was almost inedible to me. First off the chicken needs some flavor (salt and pepper when you cook b/c it is so bland. The sauce was just gross. I enjoyed the veggies and the rice but that really had nothing to do with the recipe. I will never make this again. There is a much better Chicken and Broccoli recipe by Rachel Ray on here that I would make instead of this!
