These will become a staple in our house. I used normal honey. I also used my Kitchen Aid mixer and it worked perfectly. I used chia seeds instead of flax seed for some added Omega 3's. Next time I will try to find raw honey, which has more nutritional value than regular honey and I will use natural peanut butter. Thanks, Trisha!

This recipe is absolutely delicious! It seems like a lot of salt and pepper, but use it! The fresh mozzarella really needs a good amount of salt to taste good. The first time I made this, I skipped adding the olive oil at the end because I thought it wasn't necessary. I used it this time, and boy it really takes the dish to a whole new level. "

Next time, I will add more onion and I will add some BBQ rub to the pork. I only put in 2 of the chipotle peppers and I used a 3.5 lb roast. It was good, but could have used a bit more flavor. I only had to cook mine for 3 hours because my roast was smaller. I used this to make enchiladas with leftovers, which was great!"
