Reviewed Crunchy Tuna Burger
"My husband loved it, but I thought these tasted a little too fried for me. Next time I would reduce the amount of oil used. Also, I like my tuna rare and even reducing the cooking time to 1 minute per side cooked the little burgers all the way through. If you like your tuna seared outside and cool/rare inside then I would even say to reduce the cooking time further. The panko/sesame combo was delicious, though!"
