I didn't like this recipe. It was gooey and difficult to work with although in fairness I didn't increase the flour. I was so frustrated with it I stopped making rolls and turned it into pan bread. It was very bland. I won't make it again. My son liked it until he tried the Omni House Rolls by Bobby Flay.""

This is the best white bread recipe I have used. I did use 7 cups of flour instead of 6 and less butter because I sprayed the pans with cooking spray. I also reduced the baking time by a few minutes.
