About Me
Several years ago I was very ill and couldn't eat or keep anything down for a long period of time. Ironically, that was when I became addicted to the Food Network. Once I recovered I took all those lessons and applied them to my cooking. My husband says dinners improved immensely after that. My pet peeve is that so many of my favorite chefs have disappeared from the Food Network.
