Reviewed Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast

Yes, excellent!! I made a 5# turkey breast yesterday in the covered roaster on the grill. Often do that when it's hot outside. Put the rub under the skin since we don't eat it. I omitted the salt...added water half-way up the breast and cooked as directed...maybe a little longer. It was moist and deeelish. This is a favorite!"
