Reviewed Chicken Masala

"No, I did n't make this recipe, it would be a disappointment. There is an absolute great recipe for the real chicken masala:

google: rasamalaysia chicken tikka masala

more work but the taste is incredible.

Reviewed Smothered Meatloaf

"This recipe is completely overdone. Too many ingredients, too rich because of that and too expensive for buying all the useless stuff, like the cans of soups (which makes it far too wet), the particular seasoning.

Stay with yourself. Baking a meatloaf in the slow cooker is great. Keep it simple, season it with salt and pepper, one egg, breadcrumbs, fresh or dried parsley, fine diced onion, maybe some grated carrot if you have one in your fridge, and whatever you like in your meatloaf and what you have in your pantry. Make a glaze of 1 cup ketchup, 2 tbs brown sugar and 1 tbs worchestershire sauce. After cooking half the time you can put in potatoes, sliced onions, sliced mushrooms, whatever you have. And you will have a great meal.

Reviewed Italian Wedding Soup

"Very tasty. Love the taste and consistancy of this soup. I am a soup lover. I served it with slices ciabatta which we dipped in the soup. Yummie!

Thanks for this recipe Ina. I live part of the year in the US and watch your program on foodnetwork tv whenever I can. The European touche in most of your recipes appeal to me, cause I am European.
