Reviewed Roasted Root Jumble with Feta Cheese

Feb 20, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I really didn't care for it. The fennel did taste good but I don't think I was a fan of the seasoning. I LOVE the Indian soup from this recipe - I make that quite often.""

Ribs are absolutely delicious. I've made this 3x now and I increase the veggies so I add more liquid as needed. I usually make it on the weekends and then reheat it during a weeknight. It is fabulous and I have never cooked with CSRibs before. When taking them out of the pot, they fall off the bone. As for the polenta, it wasn't creamy. M...

It was very good. It would have been nice with the addition of peas, 1 for color and 2 for an additional texture to the dish. Put on top of mashed potatoes and I don't know if you could eat it any other way - that is a perfect marriage. Love Melissa's recipes - they are so different from all the other FN cooks.""

It was very good and the presentation of the chicken was a 10. As someone else had mentioned though, the chicken itself, wasn't flavored by the garlic but all in all, it was still a wonderful dish that I would make again. I made extra sauce as others commented there wasn't enough. Even though I didn't rate it a 5, it's a 4+ star. Oh I use...

Mine came out more like a scrambled egg consistency. I did add all the half and half in at the beginning of the recipe - so I'm not sure why it wasn't super creamy. I did add the the 1/3 cup in at the end as I was supposed to so it should have been super creamy. It was tasty, just not creamy. I think I need to make a double batch next tim...

A-ok. I'm a big fan of Melissas and although these were good, they weren't great. As someone else mentioned, the meat, water chestnut, mushrooms, with the sauce didn't taste like much. Once you put it all together and add the drizzling sauce - that's where the flavor comes in. It's certainly a healthy recipe so an A+ for that. Not every ...

Wow, what flavor the pork chops had! I haven't made the pasta yet, but I will make that dish later on this week - I reserved some of the sauce as Sunny recommended. The pork was flavorful and juicy. I wonder if the bananna peppers marinated them a little bit. Not sure but whatever it was - it was really good. ""

Didn't do the egg, but even without it - it was excellent. For the 5 minutes it took to put the pizza together, ya, we will be making it again.
