This is a great recipe!!! It is sooooooo good. I made these for my family. The batter is easy, and the cream cheese is heavenaly!!! I only used 2/3 cup of oil, because it seemed kind of heavy. Otherwise it's great!!! Highly recommended."

These were delicious! I followed the recipe, but added a little bit of rosewater. I then made some buttercream frosting and colored it a light pink. I frosted them and made an egg wash to cover a rose petal in then diped it in sugar. I finally sprinkled some edible white sugar on top. They were soooooo good! I'm only 11 and this was so easy. I think that this recipe is great! I've been cooking science I was five, but I'm only11.i took another reviews advice and added more coco powder and vinnila. I also added chocolate chips to the batter, and it is delicious! I melted chocolate and put some cream into it, then mixed it up. I put that on the cup cakes in the place of the frosting.SOOO"

Excellent results! My husband is a caramel fanatic and he loves them! The key is good cream and good salt w a heavy pan and accurate thermometer. We love them w melted giardelli Bittersweet chocolate and a sprinkle of extra salt then refrigerated. Rich and delicious! "
