Reviewed Sweet Potato Ice Cream

I used 15.9 oz can of sweet potatoes in syrup and pureed them. Not sure if that was enough "sweet potato" to make the ice cream super sweet potatoey. If I did it again, I'd probably make a homemade puree to make sure it tasted more like sweet potatoes. Also, I'd use less than half of the Allspice required. The all spice made this very pumpkin "
