This is an excellent recipe. I consider myself a "beginner cook" but this recipe was very simple and easy to follow. I have made it three times and each time it came out excellent. My mother is extremely picky about her sauces, but she absolutely loved this. It says to cook it for 1 1/2 hours but I cooked it for about 1 hr and 10 minutes instead....
