Reviewed Chicken Enchiladas

"We loved it! I subbed serrano for a jalapeno and yellow chili for an anaheim as that is what my grocery store had. I did use the liquid for the salsa as that is what she did on the show. Reviewed Chile and Cheese Rice

"This was easy to make. Ok out of the oven while hot. But as it cooled as our meal progressed, it tasted extremely bland. I added a touch of ancho to spice it up a bit during the cooking process. Maybe cooked in chicken broth rather than water would have helped? I might make again with some adjustments.

Reviewed Turkey Picadillo Sloppy Joes

"It was just ok. Without the avocado slices, it would have been bland. I added extra spices too. It was moist as the turkey did not dry out. Overall I wouldn't make it again. Maybe it just wasn't what I expected?

Reviewed Stuffed Cabbage Stoup

"Loved it! Used ground turkey and regular cabbage as that is what I had. Would have to try it with Savvoy to see if there really is a difference? Used beef broth since used ground turkey and wanted a more "meaty" taste. Comments this is bland? Really need to adjust spices based on what kind of meat used and how much cabbage is used. Doubled spices since used turkey and also added some ancho for spice. After tasting, needed to add salt at end. Based on other reviewers, did simmer for about 45 min. Also used brown rice and added it individually to bowls. This makes a ton! But who doesn't love leftovers?
