First time success...extremely tasty. Yes I've made soup out of this, three time consecutively. The trick I found is that the egg and vinegar must be mixed thoroughly. Then I pour it all into a mixer then add the oil. Fresh eggs from the neighbors ducks is also a plus. The latest batch I made with olive oil, tarragon vinegar, and orange blossom ho"
