This is a good beer cheese soup! Living in Minnesota and frequenting Wisconsin a lot, this is one of the best soups that I have had. A little twist that Minnesotans use instead of the Garlic Crostoni (which was awesome, by the way) is plain air popped popcorn. Delish and perfect for tailgating! "
