"WOW- this was seriously the best cheesecake I've ever had, and bonus that I made it! It was so incredibly creamy and just the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor. I followed this recipe exactly, except for making it in a 9" pan because I didn't have a 10" pan. I had leftover batter (some of which I ate), so I made 12 mini cheesecakes in my minichee"
