Dec 25, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

I made this for Christmas dinner and it came out perfectly medium rare to rare. The horseradish was mild and great as well. I did not make the mustard sauce.

I made this out of Ina's cookbook before reading the reviews. I had a similar problem to others with the sauce being too lemony (I had this problem with her Meuniere as well. Next time I will cut back on the lemon juice and I think it will be great. Served with Alton's polenta.

I really liked this dish. I cut the recipe in half and actually only used half a lime and it was perfect for my taste. A hint of lime but not overpowering. Definitely needed the cilantro for flavor. Good for serving with Mexican dishes!"

Love Ina, but agree that this was too tart. I will definitely try again, and use less lemon juice next time and see what happens. I just browsed the Anne Burrell recipe and she uses 2 TBSP for her recipe and Ina uses 6 for the same amount of fish/butter. I think it will be great next time with modifications."
