Replied to stuffed baby peppers

I have par-boiled my peppers, because my family does not like the peppers crispy. They rave over them when I make them. (I have then taken the pepper water and made pasta (for pasta salad) in it to infuse it with a bit of bell pepper flavor!!!

I think I did something wrong with this recipe. I think I maybe cooked the egg yolks a bit... that I did not let the chocolate cool long enough before adding the yolks. other than the chocolate getting Very Thick when I added the first yolk, the rest worked wonderfully, and my husband liked it very much. although he did ask if I could make it a "

I made them for my step-daughter for her 13th birthday, and they were a HIT! I opted out of the chipotle powder, as most of my family doesn't like spicy foods. I baked the crust for a full 15 minutes and the crust held up really well.
they are sweet, and I think I will mix milk and semi-sweet chocolate next time.

I saw an episode where she made these, but couldn't find the recipe when it came time to make them, so I had to wing it from watching the show. I did not use peas, and par-boiled the peppers so they were not crunchy (my picky family doesn't like them crunchy so I softened them slightly). They were a hit, and have been a hit every time I have made...
