The only thing I would do next time (and there will definitely be a next time) is go ahead and mixed some of the sauce with the cabbage and leave some sauce to the side for extra. "This steak is absolutely delicious. Very easy to make. My family loved it. The steak was so juicy and the bread just soaked it all up! The only thing different is I used McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning instead of salt/pepper!

Reviewed Pot Roast

"This is a great recipe. I made it about a week ago and my family is already asking for it again. I did follow the advise of other reviews and used beef broth instead of beef bouillon granules. It was just right! I thought it would be too many onions after I sliced them but it wasn't. The recipe made a tasty gravy. I also added some cut up red potatoes about 1 hour before the meat was ready and that topped it off!!!
