Very tasty. Made for lunch for unexpected guests - all loved very much. Served with Santa Fe rice and fresh strawberry salad. I only had brown mustard and limes but recipe was delicious. It's important to cook 3 minutes on each side to get good crisp. A bit soggy when forming but gets texture when padded into bread cumb & parmesan misture. E"
