Reviewed Roasted Cauliflower Risotto
"This dish was so easy and delicious. The Fontina cheese adds just the right amount of creaminess. I made it without the white wine (did not have any) so I used 1/2 c. of the chicken broth instead and it was still excellent. I also agree with the previous comment, this could easily be a side dish for 6-8 people, it makes so much. Definitely a must try.
Reviewed Homemade Tomato Soup
"This soup is perfection. I used red pepper in place of the celery because I had none, and it was fantastic. I also use a sprinkle of aged grated Parmesan cheese as a garnish and it was excellent. Super quick and easy. There's no reason to ever use canned tomato soup again!
Reviewed Strawberry and Rosemary Scones
"I make these on Valentine's Day every year, and did them once for a baby shower. Everyone who likes rosemary LOVES them, including myself. Instead of using strawberry jam, I like to use Smucker's seedless spreadable raspberry fruit. I think the raspberry offers a better contrast in flavor with the lemon glaze and rosemary.
Reviewed Real Meatballs and Spaghetti
"I saw this on tv earlier this week and had to make it this weekend. I followed this recipe exactly because I was curious about the good reviews vs. bad reviews. It was fantastic! My husband and I really enjoyed it. The meatballs are super moist and rich tasting. I thought they had so much flavor because of the three meats and fresh Parmesan. The sauce is the perfect compliment to these flavorful meatballs- simple and nothing too crazy. It really helps showcase the meatballs so they can be the star of the dish.
