Reviewed Spiced Pork Chops with Sweet and Sour Glaze (Agrodolce

We seared the pork on the grill for 6 minutes each side; let rest tented for 5 minutes. I ended up putting the pork in the sauce pan for an additional 5 minutes to simmer in the sauce. Very tasty. Only used 2 Tbsp of butter in the end to mellow out the sauce. Served with roasted brussel sprouts (25 min; 450 degrees) and roasted sweet potato wedges...
