"Even though I own and often use a rice cooker this is my "go-to" brown rice recipe. The texture of the final product is flawless. Each grain of rice allows for every conceivable use; side dish, soup etc... As single guy I love being able to make (extra) rice for multiple uses. I'm just adding my vote to an exceptional and simple brown rice recipe. ""
