"i have to say, there are so many recipes for eye round roast that i tend to combine recipes... so instead of cooking @ 400 deg for 50 min... i cooked at 250 for 2+ hours.... But, I used this Au Jus recipe & it was SO GOOD. so i want to try my hand at the pickled radishes & make the sandwich for dinner tonight Yum"
