Fabulous recipe. One review mentioned how the pesto overpowered everything else... pesto can be very strong, so maybe a slightly thinner layer would help. I followed the recipe exactly. This is a worthy change of pace for the average pork chop. It was easy and quick; great for a week night meal! The pork was not quite as tender as I would have liked, but the sweet and tangy glaze was enough of a distraction. I served it with green beans almondine and a baked potato. Very flavorful entree."

Made some changes. I used my slow cooker for the ribs. I used half chicken broth and half beer. I left out the pepper flakes but added some dried sage and 4 sprigs of fresh thyme and I also used 4 carrots.
