This is definitely a keeper! Wonderful flavor from some simple ingredients and a quick marinade. I will certainly be making this again and again. I grilled these outside on a gas grill and the timing was perfect!

The nutritional yeast is what gives the tofu a "cheesy" flavor. It is actually used in many commercial products to bump up the flavor.

I mostly followed the recipe except for these changes: I subbed an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce for the tomato paste. I sauteed onion, bell pepper, and 3 large minced garlic cloves with some chopped fresh spinach until softened, then added the canned tomatoes, sauce, and beans. I also added a little more oregano, about 1 Tbl. dried basil, and 1 tsp....

Fabulous recipe. One review mentioned how the pesto overpowered everything else... pesto can be very strong, so maybe a slightly thinner layer would help. Made some changes. I used my slow cooker for the ribs. I used half chicken broth and half beer. I left out the pepper flakes but added some dried sage and 4 sprigs of fresh thyme and I also used 4 carrots. Browned the ribs and put them in the slow cooker then sauteed the veggies, deglazed the pan with the beer, then added the chicken broth. A"

Excellent recipe. I used this as a base but added a bit more brown sugar and cut the garlic to 3 cloves; marinated the steak about 45 minutes. Since it is February in Chicago, it was cooked inside on a grill pan on the stove, and brushed with the glaze several times. Boiled down the sauce, removed the garlic as instructed. I sliced the steaks "

Reviewed Grilled Salmon with Herb and Meyer Lemon Compound Butter

I made this using regular lemons and also adding a little fresh chives to the butter. AMAZING! The flavor was wonderfully full and complex. The salmon was moist and delicious... just perfect. I will be making this again and again and again and..... you get the idea."
